Welcome to the 2021 Season of Friendship Cup Tennis Tournaments. .. This year, we will start with our Doubles Tournament, followed by Team-Tennis and Singles tournament. 

We welcome all level of players, beginners to advanced. We are having two divisions, intermediate and advanced. For Advanced division the total rating of both pairs should be 7.0 or higher; and for intermediate division it is 6.5 or lower.

Based on the number of entries, we will divide participants into groups. Top 4 pairs from each group will qualify for Playoffs.

Tournament format, for each division (6.5 & lower and 7.0 & higher), will be

• Stage-1 : Round-Robin within each group, followed by
• Stage-2 : Playoffs - Single Elimination format... leading to Championship Final.

Match Format - All Matches will be played as below

• All Matches will be Home v/s Visitor - each pair will have equal opportunity
• Home Player to bring Match Balls & gets to choose venue
  (If the venue is a paid facility, like CTP, every player will be responsible for their court fees)
• Best of 3 Sets
• Regular Ad-Scoring
  
• Regular 7-point Set Tie-Breaker, at 6-6 set score
  
• 3rd set will be played as a 10-point Match Tie-Breaker, in Coman format
